I learn from reading, thinking, discussing, reflecting and then sometimes clarifying my thinking by writing.  Some friends told me I should start a blog.  You may disagree after reading, but this is a starting point of trying to understand why I do what I do.  Maybe you’ll find a little about why you do what you do too, particularly if it involves working with young people.  If this interests you, share with others, share your insights or just reflect to yourself.  If it doesn’t interest you, I’m sure you’re not alone.  I’m not doing this for you.  I’m trying to reaffirm my commitment to show up each day and do what I do for “them.”  Let’s explore who “them” is.
